List the property and get it under contract.
We work with you and your real estate agent to get your home on the market at a fair price. If you do not have an agent who is experienced in short sales, we will help you find one through our Premier Partner program. Then we work to get your property under contract as quickly as possible.
Negotiate the settlement with your lender.
We work with your lender to make sure that all parties are in agreement on a fair sales price. We negotiate with your lender to determine the minimum amount that they will accept from the sales proceeds as final settlement of your mortgage loan.
Receive approval and close on the deal.
As soon as we receive approval from your lender, we make sure that all other lien-holders approve the deal (this is done in parallel with negotiations with your first lender) and we close the deal. The whole process usually takes less than two to three months.
